Thank you for shopping with Piston Rose (operated by Disruptica LLC). All our products are made to order and fulfilled by our third-party partners, including Printful. Please review our shipping policy before making a purchase.


1. Order Processing

  • All items are custom made to order.

  • Order processing times typically range from 2–7 business days after payment is received.

  • Processing times may be longer during peak periods or holidays.

2. Shipping Times & Methods

  • Estimated shipping times are:

    • US: 3–8 business days

    • International: 10–20 business days

  • Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or destination.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, product type, and shipping method selected.

  • Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be clearly indicated on our website.

4. Shipping Locations

  • We ship worldwide to most countries where Printful or our other fulfillment partners operate.

  • Some locations may be excluded due to carrier restrictions, legal regulations, or Printful’s policies.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

  • Buyers are responsible for all customs charges, duties, and taxes.

  • Piston Rose and Disruptica LLC are not liable for any fees or delays caused by customs.

6. Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at helpme@pistonrose.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • We will work with our fulfillment partner (Printful) to resolve your issue according to their policies, which may include a replacement or refund for eligible claims.

8. Multiple Shipments

  • If your order contains items fulfilled from different locations, you may receive multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.
